TO EXTEND THE PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES TO THE REVEREND TERRANCE G. MACKEY, SR., PASTOR OF MT. ZION AFRICAN METHODIST EPISCOPAL CHURCH OF GREELEYVILLE ON THURSDAY, MAY 1, 1997, AT A TIME TO BE DETERMINED BY THE SPEAKER, FOR THE PURPOSE OF BEING RECOGNIZED AND TO REFLECT UPON HIS TIRELESS EFFORTS TO BRING UNITY TO ALL PEOPLE.

Zion African Methodist Episcopal Church of Greenleyville on Thursday, May 1, 1997, at a time to be determined by the Speaker, for the purpose of being recognized and to reflect upon his tireless efforts to bring unity to all people.
