A BILL

TO PROHIBIT THE LOCATION OF A PROPOSED EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE HEADQUARTERS BY SPARTANBURG COUNTY ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF DEBORAH STREET AND HUDSON BARKSDALE BOULEVARD IN THE CITY OF SPARTANBURG IN SPARTANBURG COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. A proposed Emergency Medical Services Headquarters to be constructed by Spartanburg County may not be located on residential property located on approximately 2.27 acres at the intersection of Deborah Street and Hudson Barksdale Boulevard in the City of Spartanburg in Spartanburg County.

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
