TO AMEND SECTION 41-35-120, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO DISQUALIFICATION OF UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS, SO AS TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL DISQUALIFICATION FOR UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 41-35-120 of the 1976 Code is amended by adding an appropriately numbered new subitem:
"( ) If the commission finds that the employee was unable to perform, intentionally or unintentionally, the duties for which the employee was hired as those duties existed at the time of hiring."
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
