TO RECOGNIZE THE ACHIEVEMENTS OF JOSHUA DAVID FLOWE OF INMAN, SOUTH CAROLINA, UPON HIS EARNING OF THE RANK OF EAGLE SCOUT.
Whereas, Joshua David Flowe of Inman, South Carolina, is a member of Troop 14, Palmetto Council in Spartanburg; and
Whereas, Josh has capped years and years of hard work, commitment, and dedication by earning the rank of Eagle Scout; and
Whereas, the most important outcome of earning the Eagle rank is that a scout learns to live the scout oath and scout law in everyday life; and
Whereas, Josh has achieved the rank not only by completing all the rigorous requirements, but also by living his life in a way that reflects honor on his family, his troop, and himself; and
Whereas, Joshua David Flowe will be awarded the rank of Eagle Scout at a special Court of Honor. Now, therefore,
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:
That the members of the General Assembly do hereby recognize the achievements of Joshua David Flowe of Inman, South Carolina, upon his earning of the rank of Eagle Scout.
