TO AMEND SECTION 22-3-10, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO A MAGISTRATE'S CONCURRENT CIVIL JURISDICTION, SO AS TO PROVIDE A TECHNICAL REVISION.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 22-3-10(10) of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Act 48 of 1997, is further amended to read:
"(10) in all matters between landlord and tenant without regard to the amount claimed and, in addition, the possession of land as provided in Chapters 33 through 41 of Title 27;"
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
