A JOINT RESOLUTION TO REAUTHORIZE THE SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL'S HEALTH SERVICES.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Health services reauthorized

SECTION 1. In accordance with Section 1-20-60 of the 1976 Code, the existence of the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control's Health Services is reauthorized.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
