To whom was referred a Concurrent Resolution (H. 4894), requesting the Department of Transportation to name that portion of Reidville Road in Spartanburg County, etc., respectfully

REPORT:

That they have duly and carefully considered the same, and recommend that the same do pass:

A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

REQUESTING THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO NAME THAT PORTION OF REIDVILLE ROAD IN SPARTANBURG COUNTY FROM THE INTERSECTION OF MAIN STREET AND REIDVILLE ROAD IN THE CITY OF SPARTANBURG TO THE INTERSECTION OF INTERSTATE 26 AND REIDVILLE ROAD AS THE "JOHN B. WHITE, SR. BOULEVARD" AND TO ERECT APPROPRIATE MARKERS OR SIGNS TO THAT EFFECT.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina, by this resolution, requests the Department of Transportation to name that portion of Reidville Road in Spartanburg County from the intersection of Main Street and Reidville Road in the City of Spartanburg to the intersection of Interstate 26 and Reidville Road as the "John B. White, Sr. Boulevard" and to erect appropriate markers or signs to that effect.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Director of the Department of Transportation.
