A HOUSE RESOLUTION

TO COMMEND AND EXPRESS THE APPRECIATION OF THE MEMBERS OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES TO LIEUTENANT MARC TOOLE OF THE WACKENHUT, INC. SAVANNAH RIVER SITE LAW ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENT FOR HIS PERFORMANCE AS SHIFT SUPERVISOR AND TRAINING COORDINATOR IN A HIGHLY COMMENDABLE MANNER.

Whereas, Lieutenant Marc Toole of the Wackenhut, Inc. Savannah River Site Law Enforcement Department performs as shift supervisor and training coordinator in a highly commendable manner; and

Whereas, Lieutenant Marc Toole established the Savannah River Site Law Enforcement Training Program thereby enhancing the scheduling of training and assisted in the automation of training topics along with working individually with other officers in meeting computer based training requirements; and

Whereas, Lieutenant Marc Toole has been instrumental in ensuring accurate job task analysis of each law enforcement position, the annual training plan, and has shown an exemplary approach to officer safety; and

Whereas, Lieutenant Marc Toole prepares officers to do their job safely and professionally with his personal commitment to the success of each officer's ability to perform above normal expectation, excellence in case preparation and prosecution, and the use of good judgement in decision making. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

That the members of the House of Representatives of the State of South Carolina hereby commend and express their appreciation to Lieutenant Marc Toole of the Wackenhut, Inc. Savannah River Site Law Enforcement Department for his performance as shift supervisor and training coordinator in a highly commendable manner.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Lieutenant Marc Toole.
