A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO HONOR AND COMMEND JOE B. MEDLOCK OF LAURENS COUNTY UPON THE OCCASION OF HIS RETIREMENT AS COURT BAILIFF AND AS A MEMBER OF THE LAURENS COUNTY REGISTRATION AND ELECTION COMMISSION AND WISH HIM MUCH SUCCESS IN HIS FUTURE ENDEAVORS.

Whereas, Joe B. Medlock is retiring from the Laurens County Registration and Election Commission as a distinguished public servant; and

Whereas, Mr. Medlock, a former mayor of Laurens, is also retiring as Court Bailiff; and

Whereas, as an active Shriner Mr. Medlock has devoted much of his life to his community and is truly deserving of the respect and admiration of all his peers. Now therefore,

Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:

That the members of the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina, by this resolution, recognize Joe B. Medlock of Laurens County upon the occasion of his retirement as Court Bailiff and as a member of the Laurens County Registration and Election Commission and wish him much success in his future endeavors.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Mr. Medlock.
