Spearman, McAbee and Clyburn: A BILL TO AMEND ACT 1139 OF 1968, RELATING TO THE SCHOOL BOARD OF TRUSTEES IN SALUDA COUNTY, SO AS TO DELETE A PROVISION WHICH REQUIRES THE SCHOOL BUDGET AND TAX LEVY TO BE SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF A MAJORITY OF THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS RESIDING IN SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 1.
