A BILL

TO AMEND SECTION 33-3-102, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE GENERAL POWERS OF CORPORATIONS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THE POWERS EXTEND TO THOSE GRANTED BY CHAPTER 21 OF TITLE 33.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Section 33-3-102(10) of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

"(10) conduct its business, locate offices, and exercise the powers granted by Chapters 1 through 20 21 of this Title within or without this State;"

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
