A BILL

TO REPEAL SECTION 1-1-1020, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE AUTHORITY FOR THE INSTALLMENT PURCHASE PLAN OPERATED BY THE STATE BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Section 1-1-1020 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
