A HOUSE RESOLUTION

EXTENDING THE PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, ON A DATE AND AT A TIME TO BE DETERMINED BY THE SPEAKER, TO MS. NANCY ELIZABETH "LIBBY" BAKER OF THE CHESTERFIELD COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR THE PURPOSE OF BEING RECOGNIZED FOR WINNING THE "1999 SOUTH CAROLINA TEACHER OF THE YEAR" AWARD.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

That the privilege of the floor of the House of Representatives be, and the same hereby is, extended to Ms. Nancy Elizabeth "Libby" Baker of the Chesterfield County School District, on a date and at a time to be determined by the Speaker, for the purpose of being recognized for winning the "1999 South Carolina Teacher of the Year" award.
