TO EXTEND THE PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES TO THE FAMILY OF MONNIE AND EVELYN SINGLETON OF EHRHARDT ON A DATE AND TIME TO BE DETERMINED BY THE SPEAKER FOR THE PURPOSE OF BEING RECOGNIZED FOR THE SINGLETON FAMILY BEING NAMED THE 1999 BLACK FAMILY OF THE YEAR BY THE THIRTEENTH ANNUAL NATIONAL BLACK FAMILY SUMMIT.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

That the privilege of the floor of the House of Representatives be extended to the family of Monnie and Evelyn Singleton of Ehrhardt on a date and time to be determined by the Speaker for the purpose of being recognized for the Singleton family being named the 1999 Black Family of the Year by the Thirteenth Annual National Black Family Summit.
