A BILL

TO AMEND SECTION 25-19-30, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE MEETINGS OF THE PRISONER OF WAR COMMISSION, SO AS TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF REQUIRED MEETINGS FROM THREE TO TWO YEARLY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Section 25-19-30 of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

"Section 25-19-30. The commission shall meet at least three two times yearly at a time and a place and on a date designated by the chairman and at other times at the call of the chairman or upon the request of a majority of the members."

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
