A BILL

TO ESTABLISH SEVEN SINGLE-MEMBER ELECTION DISTRICTS FOR THE SCHOOL BOARD TRUSTEES OF SCHOOL DISTRICT FIVE OF RICHLAND AND LEXINGTON COUNTIES.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the governing body of School District Five of Richland and Lexington Counties is a board of trustees composed of seven members which must be elected from seven single-member election districts as follows:

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
