A HOUSE RESOLUTION

EXTENDING THE PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES TO JAMES E. "JIM" ERVIN, PRESIDENT, LIONS CLUBS INTERNATIONAL, AND TO REPRESENTATIVES OF LIONS CLUBS INTERNATIONAL, ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 31, 2000, FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECOGNIZING THE OUTSTANDING HUMANITARIAN SERVICE OF LIONS CLUBS TO MANKIND, AND RECOGNIZING THE HONORABLE JAMES E. "JIM" ERVIN FOR HIS EXEMPLARY SERVICE AS PRESIDENT, LIONS CLUBS INTERNATIONAL.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

That the privilege of the floor of the House of Representatives be extended to James E. "Jim" Ervin, President, Lions Clubs International, and to representatives of Lions Clubs International, on Wednesday, May 31, 2000, for the purpose of recognizing the outstanding humanitarian service of Lions Clubs to mankind, and recognizing the Honorable James E. "Jim" Ervin for his exemplary service as President, Lions Clubs International.
