A HOUSE RESOLUTION

TO PROVIDE THAT THE SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES SHALL APPOINT A COMMITTEE OF HOUSE MEMBERS TO MAKE A RECOMMENDATION TO THE HOUSE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE 2001 SESSION OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY AS TO AN APPROPRIATE FLAG SYMBOLIC OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND THE STATE TO BE DISPLAYED ABOVE THE ROSTRUM IN THE HOUSE CHAMBER.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

That the Speaker of the House of Representatives shall appoint a committee of House members to make a recommendation to the House at the beginning of the 2001 session of the General Assembly as to an appropriate flag symbolic of the House of Representatives and the State to be displayed above the rostrum in the House chamber.
