A BILL

TO REPEAL CHAPTER 27, TITLE 1, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA ADVISORY COMMISSION ON INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS AND TO TRANSFER COMMISSION ASSETS, APPROPRIATIONS, AND FTE'S TO THE OFFICE OF REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE STATE BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Chapter 27, Title 1 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION 2. On the effective date of this act, all assets, appropriations, FTE's, and personnel of the South Carolina Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations are transferred to the Office of Regional Development of the State Budget and Control Board.

SECTION 3. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
