TO EXPRESS THE PROFOUND APPRECIATION OF THE SENATE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA TO MALISSA HUMPHRIES AMBROSE, RECEPTIONIST FOR THE SOUTH CAROLINA SENATE, FOR THE DELICIOUS HOMEMADE LOAVES OF BREAD SHE HAS BROUGHT TO THE SENATE CHAMBER DURING THIS SESSION FOR THE ENJOYMENT OF THE SENATORS AND STAFF.
Whereas, Malissa Humphries Ambrose has been a loyal Senate employee for many years and the Senate has enjoyed her company, her friendly voice and warm personality over the time she has been with the Senate; and
Whereas, one of Malissa's talents is her ability to make delicious homemade, delectable smelling bread; and
Whereas, the Senators are fortunate that Malissa is gracious enough to share this culinary talent with the Senate and allow them to partake of her good, old fashioned home cooking; and
Whereas, the Senate is often so pleased to find Malissa's homemade bread waiting for them in the Senate cloakroom when they arrive for their day's work; and
Whereas, the Senate and staff are extremely appreciative of her thoughtfulness and her generosity. Now, therefore,
Be it resolved by the Senate of the State of South Carolina,
That the Senate expresses its profound appreciation to Malissa Humphries Ambrose, receptionist for the South Carolina Senate for the delicious loaves of bread she has brought to the Senate Chamber during this session for the enjoyment of the Senators and staff.
Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Malissa Humphries Ambrose.
