TO AMEND SECTION 52-7-30, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE STATE ATHLETIC COMMISSION, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE COMMISSION HAS DIRECTION, MANAGEMENT, CONTROL, AND SUPERVISION OVER ALL PROFESSIONAL SPORTS AND ALL PROFESSIONAL SPORTS AGENTS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Section 52-7-30 of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Act 73 of 1995, is further amended to read:

"Section 52-7-30.
