A JOINT RESOLUTION

TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION BEGINNING JULY 1, 2002, BY REGULATION SHALL RESUME THE CERTIFICATION OF SCHOOL SOCIAL WORKERS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    The Department of Education beginning July 1, 2002, by regulation shall resume the certification of school social workers.

SECTION    2.    This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
