THE COMMITTEE ON FISH, GAME AND FORESTRY

    To whom was referred a Bill (S. 1226) to repeal Section 50-11-1280, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to restrictions on shooting preserves in game zones 7 and 9, etc., respectfully

REPORT:

    That they have duly and carefully considered the same and recommend that the same do pass:

A BILL

TO REPEAL SECTION 50-11-1280, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO RESTRICTIONS ON SHOOTING PRESERVES IN GAME ZONES 7 AND 9.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Section 50-11-1280 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
