A BILL

TO AMEND ACT 595 OF 1992, RELATING TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF EDGEFIELD COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT, SO AS TO REVISE THE SINGLE-MEMBER DISTRICTS FROM WHICH TRUSTEES ARE ELECTED.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Act 595 of 1992 is amended to read:

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
