    To whom was referred a Bill (H. 3812) to repeal Section 40-5-30, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the fees collected by the South Carolina State Bar, etc., respectfully

ESTIMATED FISCAL IMPACT ON GENERAL FUND EXPENDITURES:

$0 (No additional expenditures or savings are expected)

ESTIMATED FISCAL IMPACT ON FEDERAL & OTHER FUND EXPENDITURES:

$0 (No additional expenditures or savings are expected)

EXPLANATION OF IMPACT:

    Since the fees are deposited in a trust and agency fund in the State Treasurer's Office and does not require spending authority in the annual Appropriation Act, there will be no impact on the General Fund of the State nor on federal and/or other funds.

A BILL

TO REPEAL SECTION 40-5-30, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE FEES COLLECTED BY THE SOUTH CAROLINA STATE BAR.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Section 40-5-30 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
