A BILL

TO AMEND ACT 1377 OF 1968, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE AUTHORIZATION OF STATE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SO AS TO SUBSTITUTE REVISED PROJECTS FOR PROJECTS PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED FOR THE TECHNICAL COLLEGE OF THE LOW COUNTRY AND AIKEN TECHNICAL COLLEGE WITHOUT CHANGING THE ORIGINAL AUTHORIZATION AMOUNTS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Subitems 4(b) and (j) of item (f) of Section 3 of Act 1377 of 1968, as added by Act 1 of 2001, are amended to read:

        "(b)    Aiken Tech - Chilled Water Plant Replacement

                Technical College - Building

                700 Renovations            500,000

        (j)        TEC Technical College of the Lowcountry -

                Bldg 8 Bldgs. 10 and 14

                Renovation/Code Compliance    1,191,000"

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
