Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Cars provided by an automobile manufacturer for promotional purposes in connection with a nationally sponsored NASCAR Race held in this State in 2001 are exempt from the motor vehicle titling, licensing, and registration requirements of Title 56 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976.
