    To whom was referred a Bill (H. 5021) to provide that the interchanges of Interstate Highway 95 with Highway 301 and Highway 6 in Orangeburg County may be mowed beyond thirty feet from the pavement, etc., respectfully

REPORT:

    Has polled the Bill out majority favorable.

A BILL

TO PROVIDE THAT THE INTERCHANGES OF INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 95 WITH HIGHWAY 301 AND HIGHWAY 6 IN ORANGEBURG COUNTY MAY BE MOWED BEYOND THIRTY FEET FROM THE PAVEMENT.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 57-23-800 of the 1976 Code, or any other provision of law, the interchanges of Interstate Highway 95 with Highway 301 and Highway 6 in Orangeburg County may be mowed beyond thirty feet from the pavement.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
