A BILL

TO REPEAL SECTION 7-13-1040, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO VOTING IN MORE THAN ONE PARTY PRIMARY ELECTION HELD IN THE SAME DAY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Section 7-13-1040 of the 1976 Code is hereby repealed.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
