A BILL

TO REPEAL JOINT RESOLUTION 370 OF 2002, RELATING TO THE IMPOSITION OF THE NURSING HOME FRANCHISE FEE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Joint Resolution 370 of 2002 is repealed.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
