A BILL

TO PROHIBIT THE GREENVILLE COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD FROM MOVING THE LOCATION OF BECK ACADEMY UNTIL APPROVAL BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    The Greenville County School Board is prohibited from moving the location of Beck Academy until approval by the General Assembly.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
