A BILL

TO REPEAL SECTION 58-1-65, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO CERTAIN WATER IMPOUNDMENTS FOR FEDERALLY REGULATED HYDROELECTRIC PROJECTS, PROGRAMS TO COMBAT GROWTH OF AQUATIC WEEDS, AND HOLD HARMLESS PROVISIONS FOR OWNERS AND OPERATORS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Section 58-1-65 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
