A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

INVITING HIS EXCELLENCY, MARSHALL CLEMENT (MARK) SANFORD, JR., GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA, TO ADDRESS THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY IN A JOINT SESSION AT 7:00 P.M. ON WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 21, 2004, IN THE CHAMBER OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That His Excellency, Marshall Clement (Mark) Sanford, Jr., Governor of the State of South Carolina, is invited to address the General Assembly in a joint session at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 21, 2004, in the Chamber of the South Carolina House of Representatives.
