A HOUSE RESOLUTION

TO EXTEND THE PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA TO THE 2003 JAMES F. BYRNES HIGH SCHOOL "REBELS" FOOTBALL TEAM AND HEAD COACH BOBBY BENTLEY OF SPARTANBURG COUNTY ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2004, AT A TIME TO BE DETERMINED BY THE SPEAKER, TO CONGRATULATE THEM FOR THEIR OUTSTANDING STATE CHAMPIONSHIP WIN IN THE DIVISION II 4A STATE FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP COMPETITION.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

That the members of the House of Representatives of the State of South Carolina, by this resolution, extend the privilege of the floor to the 2003 James F. Byrnes High School "Rebels" Football Team and Head Coach Bobby Bentley on Wednesday, February 11, 2004, at a time to be determined by the Speaker, to congratulate them for their outstanding state championship win in the Division II 4A State Football Championship Competition.
