A HOUSE RESOLUTION

TO EXTEND THE PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA TO MR. STEPHEN DAVIS OF THE CAROLINA PANTHERS FOOTBALL TEAM ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 17, 2004, AT A TIME TO BE DETERMINED BY THE SPEAKER, TO HONOR AND MEMORIALIZE HIM FOR HIS ACHIEVEMENTS ON THE FOOTBALL FIELD AND IN THE COMMUNITY.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

That the members of the House of Representatives of the State of South Carolina, by this resolution, extend the privilege of the floor to Mr. Stephen Davis of the Carolina Panthers Football Team on Wednesday, March 17, 2004, at a time to be determined by the Speaker, to honor and memorialize him for his achievements on the football field and in the community.
