A BILL

TO REPEAL CHAPTER 77, TITLE 40, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE CREATION OF THE STATE BOARD OF REGISTRATION FOR GEOLOGISTS AND TO THE REGISTRATION AND REGULATION OF GEOLOGISTS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Chapter 77, Title 40 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
