A BILL

TO AMEND CHAPTER 32, TITLE 59 OF THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH EDUCATION, SO AS TO, AMONG OTHER THINGS, REVISE PROGRAM GUIDELINES.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Chapter 32, Title 59 of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

"CHAPTER 32

Comprehensive Health Education Program

Section 59-32-5.    "

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
