A BILL

TO AMEND ACT 584 OF 1986, RELATING TO THE RESTORATION OF THE CHARTERS OF SMITH TIMBER, INC., THE HARDEEVILLE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, AND THE REVOCATION OF THE CHARTER OF THE COLUMBIA JEWISH COMMUNITY CENTER, SO AS TO DELETE THE REVOCATION OF THE CHARTER OF THE COLUMBIA JEWISH COMMUNITY CENTER RETROACTIVE TO THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE REVOCATION.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Section 2 of Act 584 of 1986 is deleted effective retroactive to June 11, 1986.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
