TO EXTEND THE PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES TO THE MEMBERS OF THE JAMES F. BYRNES HIGH SCHOOL REBEL REGIMENT BAND, BAND DIRECTOR PHIL McINTYRE, AND OTHER SCHOOL OFFICIALS AT A DATE AND TIME TO BE DETERMINED BY THE SPEAKER, FOR THE PURPOSE OF BEING RECOGNIZED AND CONGRATULATED ON THE OCCASION OF WINNING THEIR FIFTH CONSECUTIVE CLASS AAAA MARCHING BAND STATE CHAMPIONSHIP IN 2002.
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:
That the privilege of the floor of the South Carolina House of Representatives is extended to the members of the James F. Byrnes High School Rebel Regiment Band, Band Director Phil McIntyre, and other school officials, at a date and time to be determined by the Speaker, for the purpose of being recognized and congratulated on the occasion of winning their fifth consecutive Class AAAA Marching Band Championship in 2002.
