TO EXTEND THE PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA TO THE MEMBERS OF THE 2003 FORT MILL HIGH SCHOOL BAND AND BAND DIRECTOR MARTIN DICKEY, ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR SEAN CARNEY, AND OTHER SCHOOL OFFICIALS ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2004, AT A TIME TO BE DETERMINED BY THE SPEAKER, TO CONGRATULATE THEM ON WINNING THE CLASS AAAA STATE CHAMPIONSHIP AND TO COMMEND THEM FOR THEIR HARD WORK AND DEDICATION.
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:
That the members of the House of Representatives of the State of South Carolina, by this resolution, extend the privilege of the floor to the members of the 2003 Fort Mill High School Band and Band Director Martin Dickey, Associate Director Sean Carney, and other school officials on Tuesday, February 17, 2004, at a time to be determined by the Speaker, to congratulate them on winning the Class AAAA State Championship and commend them for their hard work and dedication.
