TO CHANGE THE NAME OF EARLE E. MORRIS, JR., HIGHWAY IN ANDERSON AND PICKENS COUNTIES TO SOUTH CAROLINA HIGHWAY 153 AND TO NOTIFY THE COUNTY GOVERNING BODIES AND POST OFFICES AFFECTED BY THE CHANGE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The Earle E. Morris, Jr., Highway, which was that portion of South Carolina Highway 153 that connects Secondary Highway 190 in Anderson County with South Carolina Highway 123 in Pickens County, is changed to South Carolina Highway 153.
SECTION 2. The governing bodies of Anderson and Pickens Counties and the Postmasters of Greenville, Easley, and Piedmont shall receive a copy of this joint resolution.
SECTION 3. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
