A BILL

TO AMEND SECTION 50-13-1192 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO THE TYPE OF NONGAME FISHING DEVICES THAT MAY BE USED IN CERTAIN BODIES OF FRESHWATER, TO PROVIDE THAT JUGS MAY NOT BE USED IN LAKE GREENWOOD.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Section 50-13-1192(30) is amended to read:

"(30)    Lake Greenwood:

(a)    traps: five maximum for each license holder;

(b)    trotlines: one hundred fifty hooks maximum and three-line maximum for each license holder;

(c)    jugs: fifty maximum for each license holder;"

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
