TO CONGRATULATE MR. EDDIE WILDER, PRESIDENT OF ERA WILDER REALTY, ON RECEIVING THE ERA AWARD NAMING HIS COMPANY THE NUMBER-ONE ERA FRANCHISE IN THE WORLD.
Whereas, the South Carolina House of Representatives is pleased to note that ERA Wilder Realty, headed by Mr. Eddie Wilder, of Chapin, recently has been named the number-one ERA franchise in the world; and
Whereas, selected from more than three thousand five hundred ERA franchises, the twelve-year-old company was lauded for its "ethical conduct, strong business sense, consistent growth, and commitment to the community"; and
Whereas, serving appreciative customers throughout the Carolinas in a field that adds much to South Carolina's economy, ERA Wilder operates from fifteen locations, with more than four hundred real estate professionals who strive to uphold the reputation they have earned by hard work and integrity in all their business dealings; and
Whereas, it is fitting to recognize South Carolina businesses and businessmen who are worthy of emulation, and the House of Representatives takes pleasure in honoring ERA Wilder Realty and Mr. Eddie Wilder as among those deserving this high commendation. Now, therefore,
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:
That the members of the South Carolina House of Representatives, by this resolution, congratulate Mr. Eddie Wilder, President of ERA Wilder Realty, on receiving the ERA award naming his company the number-one ERA franchise in the world.
Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Mr. Eddie Wilder.
