TO PROVIDE FOR THE MODIFICATION OF SINE DIE ADJOURNMENT PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE III, SECTION 21 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THIS STATE AND SECTION 2-1-180 OF THE 1976 CODE.
