A BILL

TO REPEAL SECTION 12-36-2120(6) OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO SALES TAX EXEMPTIONS FOR ITEMS USED IN THE PRODUCTION FOR SALE OF FARM OR GARDEN PRODUCTS OR CULTIVATION OF POULTRY OR LIVESTOCK FEED.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Section 12-36-2120(6) of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect on July 1, 2010.
