A HOUSE RESOLUTION

TO AUTHORIZE THE SOUTH CAROLINA CHAPTER OF THE AMERICAN BOARD OF TRIAL ADVOCATES TO USE THE HOUSE CHAMBER ON SEPTEMBER 18, 2009 FOR THE ORGANIZATION'S JAMES OTIS LECTURE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BUILDING POLICY AS ADMINISTERED BY THE CLERK OF THE HOUSE.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

That the South Carolina Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates be allowed the use of the House Chamber on September 18, 2009. If the General Assembly is in statewide session on this day or if the House chamber is otherwise unavailable, the House chamber may not be used on this date.
