A BILL

TO AMEND TITLE 12, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO TAXATION, SO AS TO REVISE CERTAIN CHAPTERS PERTAINING TO VARIOUS TAX MATTERS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    The following chapters of Title 12 of the 1976 Code are amended to read:

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
