TO REQUIRE A TWO-THIRDS VOTE OF THE MARLBORO COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION TO HIRE OR FIRE THE MARLBORO COUNTY SUPERINTENDENT OF EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding another provision of law, the Marlboro County Board of Education is required to cast a two-thirds vote of its members to hire or fire the Marlboro County Superintendent of Education.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
