INVITATIONS AND MEMORIAL RESOLUTIONS

To whom was referred a House Resolution (H. 4886) to authorize the Annual Youth Legislative Conference to use the House Chamber on Monday, September 27, 2010, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, etc., respectfully

REPORT:

That they have duly and carefully considered the same and recommend that the same do pass:

A HOUSE RESOLUTION

TO AUTHORIZE THE ANNUAL YOUTH LEGISLATIVE CONFERENCE TO USE THE HOUSE CHAMBER ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2010, FROM 9:00 A.M. TO 12:00 NOON FOR ITS ANNUAL MOCK SESSION.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

That the members of the South Carolina House of Representatives, by this resolution, authorize the Annual Youth Legislative Conference to use the House Chamber on Monday, September 27, 2010, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon for its annual mock session. If the House of Representatives is in statewide session, the Chamber of the House may not be used.

Be it further resolved that the State House Security Forces provide such assistance and access as necessary for this meeting in accordance with previous procedures.

Be it further resolved that no charges may be made for the use of the House Chamber by the Youth Legislative Conference on this date.
