A SENATE RESOLUTION

TO RECOGNIZE AND COMMEND THE HONORABLE JACK D. GRAHAM OF MARLBORO COUNTY FOR HIS SEVENTEEN YEARS OF DEDICATED SERVICE AS A MCCOLL TOWN COUNCIL MEMBER AND HIS COMMITMENT TO THE CITIZENS OF THAT TOWN.

Whereas, a lifelong resident of McColl, the Honorable Jack D. Graham of Marlboro County has proven himself a friend of the Town of McColl and all of Marlboro County for many years; and

Whereas, as part of his commitment to the people of McColl, Jack Graham has served with distinction as a McColl Town Council member since 1993 and carries his pride in his town wherever he goes; and

Whereas, in addition, during his years of public service he has filled the role of Mayor Pro Tem; and

Whereas, believing a man should be actively involved in his community, Jack Graham has always had serving the citizens of McColl as his number-one priority; and

Whereas, the Senate takes great pleasure in recognizing the dedicated labors of such public servants as Jack D. Graham, and the members extend grateful appreciation and best wishes for the future as he continues to serve the citizens of McColl. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the Senate:

That the members of the South Carolina Senate, by this resolution, recognize and commend the Honorable Jack D. Graham of Marlboro County for his seventeen years of dedicated service as a McColl Town Council member and his commitment to the citizens of that town.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Honorable Jack D. Graham.
